Filling in personal details

Retention period of information
The tax authorities require us to retain our records with all the accompanying documents (including your invoice containing your details) for a period of 7 years. Your personal information will be destroyed after 7 years.

All our databases are located in The Netherlands. Our external service providers, who can access your personal details, are located within the EU as far as possible. All external service providers are always bound by the strict requirements stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
