Insofar as the agreement includes transport and the destination has already been reached, the return journey will be arranged.
Consumer contribution SGR (formerly SGR contribution)
Since February 1, 2021, every consumer who books a trip with a travel organization affiliated with SGR pays € 10 per booking. For years the guarantee on your booked vacation was free, but after the corona crisis the guarantee fund should also be there for you, so you can continue to travel carefree.

Travel documents
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the valid travel documents (including for children) required for your destination. The tour operator does not accept any liability for the consequences of not having the correct travel documents.
Travel documentation
After we have received your full payment we will send you the travel documents by e-mail 28 days before the start of your holiday. On your travel documents it will be indicated whether you need to print this out and take the printed version with you to your holiday destination or whether you can show your voucher digitally. Showing your travel documents on a phone or tablet is not accepted by every campsite. Without valid travel documents you may be denied access to the accommodation and/or campsite.
Availability of accommodations and deposits
Your tent or mobile home will be available from 16:00. On the day of departure the tent or mobile home must be vacated by 10.00 am at the latest. If you arrive late to your tent, mobile home or hotel, or leave earlier than booked, there will be no refund for unused accommodation and the tour operator is free to re-let the accommodation. In the unlikely event that we are unable to offer the booked accommodation, e.g. due to insufficient interest or force majeure, you will be notified immediately. If possible, an equivalent alternative will be offered, without affecting the price of the holiday. If you do not wish to make use of this, all monies paid will be refunded immediately. The travel provider will then not be obliged to compensate for any damage.
This season we do not collect the deposit via a payment request or by cash payment. On arrival at the campsite our staff will give you a SEPA form. You fill in this SEPA form and as soon as you leave your accommodation, clean and without damage, you will receive this form back without us collecting anything. If the barbecue has not been cleaned upon your departure we are forced to deduct €25,- from the deposit. Before and during your holiday, we will send you a text message with additional information about your holiday.

Guests are required to use and maintain their accommodations with care and in accordance with campsite regulations. Some of the tents and mobile homes may differ slightly. Pitches for tents and mobile homes may vary in shape and size, even at the same campsite. In some cases, tent canopies cannot be used. We reserve the right to recover any damage and / or loss of our property from our guests. Any damage and / or loss that is detected must be reported immediately to the campsite staff member, who will then rectify the situation as soon as possible.
For your comfort, we recommend a maximum of five persons in our tents and 2-bedroomed mobile homes, and no more than six persons in our 3-bedroomed mobile homes. The maximum number of persons allowed in tents or 2-bedroomed mobile homes is six, and in our 3-bedroomed mobile homes, seven or eight, depending on the type of accommodation. For further information on exceptions, please check out the sections on accommodations. An additional tent cannot be used to increase the maximum number of people allowed per accommodation. An extra fee is sometimes charged if you want to pitch an additional tent. This extra fee must be paid on the spot. The maximum size of an additional tent is 2.00 x 2.00 m. You are required to observe the maximum number of persons allowed. All travel participants must be specified at the time of booking. The person booking the trip for other participants is jointly and severally liable for all the participants he / she registers.
If you exceed the maximum number of persons allowed, entry to the accommodation may be refused. We accept no liability for this. Parking is not always available at the accommodation itself. In such cases, you are required to utilise the central parking lot, situated nearby. It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the (lodge) tent or mobile home, this must be done at a designated charging station. The holidays offered in this guide are based on a family, travelling in one car. Deviations from this could result in problems at some campsites, and furthermore, the person who has made the booking is liable for any ensuing risks or costs. In bad weather conditions, satellite TV may not work properly. The new campsites in our guide do not necessarily have new accommodations.
The travel provider does not accept unsupervised young persons under the age of 23 in their accommodations. The travel provider also reserves the right to refuse alternative reservations, especially groups, without stating reasons. Group bookings can only be made by telephone. The booking will be accepted or not once we have checked on the campsite, ages, composition, and size of the group. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, damage or injury caused to tenants and those using the accommodation offered by the travel provider.
Use of a safe at the campsite is at the tenant's own risk; the travel provider cannot be held liable for theft and loss from the safes / lockable closets provided. Tenants using the accommodation offered by the travel provider are required to respect the rules of conduct set by the campsite owner on site. Both the travel provider and the campsite owner reserve the right to deny access to the grounds or the accommodation if the tenant fails to comply with these rules of conduct. Our camp staff are not authorised to make decisions regarding liability on the part of the travel provider.
Use of campsite facilities
In the (early) preseason and (late) postseason the campsite owners may be forced not to make all facilities, such as the swimming pool, entertainment or stores, fully available or even to keep them closed without informing us. Mentioned start and end dates of e.g. swimming pools and entertainment are subject to change. Swimming shorts are not always allowed in the swimming pool. On some campsites it is compulsory to wear a swimming cap in the swimming pool. The brochure and our website have been compiled with great care based on data as known in November 2022. However, we cannot accept liability for changed conditions during the 2023 and 2024 holiday season. We also cannot accept responsibility for external influences such as weather conditions, construction activities on site, vermin, noise pollution, operation of campsite facilities (including swimming pool and WIFI and circumstances for which the campsite owner is responsible). A (small) fee may apply for some campsite facilities or activities. The tour operator is not responsible for any changes in the range of channels received in our mobile homes. Photographs and drawings are provided to give an impression of the destination and/or accommodation. No rights can be derived from them. In cases not covered by these Travel and Booking Conditions, the management will decide. The tour operator reserves the right to use all photo and video material made available to the tour operator (via email or Facebook or in any other form) for commercial purposes such as websites, brochures, etc.
Possible additional costs
In all countries you have to pay tourist tax. Expect to pay between € 0.50 and € 1.00 per day per person. In Croatia some campsites charge a so-called registration fee of +/- € 1,- per person (this is per stay, not per day). At camping Klein Vink in the Netherlands the costs for water and electricity are not included. For these campsites the costs for local charges must be paid when booking (local charges include tourist tax, gas, electricity and waste charges). In some campsites the tourist tax is already payable at the time of booking. If the tourist tax changes, we reserve the right to pass on this change to you and to send you a modified confirmation.
Pets
Pets must be mentioned at the time of booking. Pets are only allowed in our bungalow tents and lodge tents Holiday (not permitted at all campsites). If you bring a pet in an accommodation where they are not allowed or to a campsite where they are not allowed, the provider reserves the right to deny access to the campsite or the accommodation. You must always bring your pet's vaccination certificate with you so that you can show it to the campsite (on request). The price for a pet is €9,- per night per pet. Exceptions are campings Etruria and Le Capanne, here the costs must be paid on the spot. The rates may vary according to the season, we recommend you contact us for the current price.
Preferences
Preferences can only be given for accommodation for which it is not possible to reserve a preferred pitch. If you have a specific wish for a mobile home, we advise you to book a preferred pitch. However, we cannot guarantee that your preference will be met unless you have booked the side-by-side guarantee or preferred pitch. Unfortunately, early booking or having travelled for years with the travel provider does not guarantee this. If a request you have made is not possible, you will not be informed in advance. The pitches of our accommodations at the campsite may change compared to the previous year.
Preferred-pitch (previously Pitch guarantee)
At some campsites it is possible to book a preferred pitch. By taking out a preference pitch you can be sure that you will be allocated to the best pitch of your choice. If a preferred pitch is possible at an accommodation, it is not possible to book a neighbouring guarantee or to pass on a wish. A preferred pitch is only possible for mobile homes at certain campsites. You can find this on the relevant campsite page. If, in highly exceptional cases, we are unable to honour this guarantee, you are entitled to a refund of the costs paid for this plus € 100,- per accommodation.
Side-by-side guarantee
At some campsites it is possible to book a guarantee for accommodation next to each other. If you have booked the neighbour guarantee you will pay € 30,- per accommodation (maximum of 3 accommodations, same accommodation and same holiday period). Please note that the term "side-by-side" also includes accommodations located opposite each other, back-to-back, diagonally opposite, etc. In other words, there must be no accommodation between you and the other family. If, for any reason, we are unable to honour this guarantee, we will pay you a refund of € 120 per accommodation
Complaints
We always do our best not to give cause for complaint, however, it may happen that you believe you have a justified complaint. Please report this complaint directly to our campsite employee. He will, if possible, try to find an acceptable solution. If in your opinion important complaints are still not adequately resolved, you should immediately contact the office where you booked by telephone. If you are not satisfied with the solution offered, you must draw up a complaint report together with the campsite staff member at the site and sign it. You must also submit your complaint in writing within 2 months of returning home. If you make your complaint by filling in the questionnaire it will of course be read but it does not count as an official letter of complaint. Complaints submitted after this period, or for which no complaint report has been signed by the campsite employee, cannot be processed. If you have not reported the shortcoming as described, unfortunately we cannot deal with it afterwards.
Sustainable Tourism
When we create our trips, we take into account people, the environment, nature and culture, so that the holiday is not only special for you, but future generations can also enjoy attractive destinations. Whether it's holidays that involve enjoying unspoiled nature, experiencing local culture, meeting new people or tasting a delicious local dish, together we are working on holidays that create better places and more beautiful experiences. And in doing so, we make an important contribution to the sustainable developments at the destination. For you as a traveler, but also for the people living at the holiday destination.Fight child abuse, also abroad! We actively support ANVR and Defence for Children - ECPAT in the fight against child exploitation in vacation countries. We invite you to be alert with us and to report suspicions of child abuse on www.dontlookaway.nl/?lang=en, even if it is committed abroad! More information about the fight against child abuse is available at the travel leaders
Conclusion
The holidays offered in the brochure and on our website, however luxurious and comfortable, remain camping holidays. Especially for people who have never camped, it is important to realize that our campsites are generally fully booked in the months of July and August. If peace and quiet are your primary holiday requirements, we advise you to avoid these months. A holiday abroad also means different people and customs, a different culture and different norms and values. For example, in Mediterranean countries there is often a siesta in the afternoon, during which time the barrier and the swimming pool are closed. Please note that the WIFI speed in Mediterranean countries can be slower than you are used to at home. Also note that on many campsites the air conditioning has to be turned on by inserting the mobile home key. This is something to take into account in your expectations. Maintenance mechanics or external companies for maintenance purposes may gain access to the Roan accommodation at all times in the event of possible acute danger (e.g. gas smell). Obtaining any necessary vaccinations is your own responsibility.
