Roan Camping Holidays (KvK 24269058) is a member of the ANVR. This association maintains strict standards for membership and promotes the quality of travel and information about it. The trips in this travel guide are offered under the condition that the ANVR Consumer Conditions (Part A -Travel Conditions- and/or Part B -Booking Conditions) apply to all offers in this travel guide unless explicitly stated otherwise. These ANVR Consumer Terms and Conditions are included in the ANVR Information brochure 'Everything you need to know when travelling'. Roan Camping Holidays (KvK 24269058) is affiliated to SGR. Within the limits of the SGR guarantee scheme, the trips published in this programme are covered by the SGR guarantee. The SGR-guarantee implies that the consumer is assured to get back his pre-paid travel money, if the other party cannot fulfil the agreed consideration due to financial insolvency. Insofar as the agreement includes transport and the destination has already been reached, the return journey will be taken care of.

Roan Camping Holidays (KvK 24269058) is affiliated to the Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen. The trips published in this programme fall under the guarantee of the Calamity Fund. This guarantee means that, as a consumer participating in a trip organised by us, you will receive: - (part of) your travel sum back if we are unable to execute the trip or cannot execute it in full due to a calamity; - compensation for the necessary additional costs if we have to make changes to the trip as a result of a calamity or if we have to repatriate you early. Disaster is understood to mean an abnormal event caused by acts of war or natural disasters.
