In the surrounding area where the campsites are located, there are diverse fascinating old towns which are definitely worth a visit!

This area is therefore highly recommended as your holiday destination if you are a fan of a traditional holiday with charming boulevards and gorgeous beaches.

A must see is the Colosseum and the Maison Carrée when visiting Nimes. Carcassone is popular for its well-known fortress which dates back to the Roman era. Croatia offers many possibilities to  stay at a campsite located by the beach. Especially, the areas of Istria and Dalmatia are popular when it comes to  a camping holiday by the beach. The islands of Krk and Losinj are also worth to consider for a holiday because of their alluring nature and many coves. Most campsites in Istria even have a seaview. You can easily visit delightful historic cities like Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, and Vrsar. There you can take a walk along the boulevard or grab a bite at one of the pleasant restaurants.
